How much does it cost?

The cost is an annual subscription based on the size of your company. There are no hidden extras. There are four price points. Small is for companies with up to 10 employees and costs €249 per year. Medium is for companies with up to 40 employees. The cost is €499 per year. Large is for companies with up to 80 employees. The cost is €999 per year. Anything bigger is Xtra Large. Is there a minimum commitment?

If you want to keep using the software after your 30 trial you will be invoiced the appropriate amount for one year in advance. Other than this there is no minimum commitment or contract period.

What software and hardware do I need?

Because the application is entirely Web-based there's no need for you to purchase any additional hardware or software. All employees need to access the system is a unique email address and Web access.

Do I get upgrades?

You get immediate access to all upgrades immediately at no additional cost.

Is my information safe?

We've invested considerable time and money in providing best of breed security similar to what you'll find in online banking applications. All connections to the applications are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with 128 bit encryption. All passwords are encrypted on our servers.

What else do you do with my data?

Nothing. We don't pass any of your data to any third parties.

Does it integrate with my existing payroll software?

Not yet but we're working on it. We've built our software from ground up to comply with HR XML specifications. We're currently working on integrating with third party software such as payroll providers.

Can I export data out of AssemblyPoint?

It's your data. You can export all data stored in AssemblyPoint at any time.

What happens if I add additional staff during the year?

We don't charge for any additional staff you add during the year that you've already paid for. The following year however you will be charged for the number of staff using the system at that time.
